I struggle finding time to sneak in my own workout. I discovered an amazing SOLUTION! If I combine what I teach my clients with my daily household chores I can really get an intense workout and I totally feel and see difference in my body!

Below is a video sharing how to do this. I call it TASKERCISE™ ( combine exercise with your tasks), and in 4 minutes, you will get a more effective workout than if you spent an hour at the gym! Not to mention, clean floors, money and time saved!
If you are new to exercise, keep it simple, and the the secret ingredient is this formula:
The system is easy to remember: 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and repeat. The short rest intervals force the body to keep moving before it actually recovers from the previous set. But here’s the catch: You have to push yourself—really push yourself all out. You won’t reap the strength and cardio benefits from leisurely going through the movements. If you do this correctly and truly push yourself, there will be the afterburn effect! That means you keep burning calories for hours after your quick workout has ended. So, the secret is to push yourself to your full capacity for 20 seconds, then give yourself a 10 second break. repeat 20 seconds hard and 10 seconds rest for a total of 4 minutes.
