Don’t hate your thighs anymore! Do this!
I have spent way too many years wearing a sweat shirt around my waist to hide the thighs and tush! ENOUGH!
I learned to stand in front of the mirror for a minute and 25 seconds and stare at the imperfections, (we all have them, so get over it.)
What to do about it?
Take advantage of idle time, whether you are waiting for the microwave to beep, blow drying your hair, or letting the computer render you can seize the time for a thigh make over!
Extend one of your legs , (start with the right) and point your toes. Then bringing it up 45 degrees slowly bring it down and barely touch your toe to the ground. (Ballet terms, its called a pique). Imagine extenting your leg as far away for your body as possible.and make sure you are pulled up shoulders down and engage the tummy muscles.
Bring your leg up and down 15-20 times, then switch legs. Do this through out your day 2 -3 times and I promise you’ll really see the difference in your thighs and tush, (your tummy will firm up too because you are working on your balance. (Don’t forget to pull up!)
