What is the cLEAN Momma Program?

The cLEAN Momma program is:

-A work out  - (A unique full body work out, combining exercise with a task, cleaning being one of them.)

-A change in mindset- If You change how you view your self and your own body image, you’ll have an easier time of creating life long habits.

- A change in diet.- Learn how to make smart choices with food, and make baby steps to eliminating the amount of crap you shove in there. (Not just talking about cookies, people. I’m talking about all the diet, processed and artificial crap we eat, to save a few calories. Bad choice!

With out all three elements, success in maximum results will be only temporary. I’m about life changes, not a quick diet fad or another work out, that you will stick to for a month.

How did the cLEAN Momma program start?

After gaining 57 lbs, with my son Jack, (30 more lbs, than I did with the first kid, mind you,) I was determined to shed the weight while birthing him.

Needless to say, Jack didn’t weigh 57 lbs, and my ass was unacceptable!

I came up with the cLEAN Momma program out of total desperation and began  exercising while cleaning, because I needed to get my fat ass moving, and going to the gym wasn’t an option.

I  also shifted big time in what I ate and  I replaced most of the crap I shoved in my mouth (while pregnant,)  to whole foods that were high in quality.

I have to say  it really worked.

I have never felt more fit, better about myself  and healthier.
