		<description>I actually eat a similar snack and it has helped me to keep from eating all the unhealthy munchies as well! I cut the cucumber into thin slices and put them all in a tupperware container. Then I squeeze half a lemon onto them...a dashof salt and pepper...and voila! Delicious midnight snack!!! :)</description>

As for me,I&#039;ve found that before I do a number in the kitchen,I just hit the sack instead. I&#039;ve been getting to bed wayyyy earlier and that way I have more energy for a workout the next day. I know this isn&#039;t always an option,but it&#039;s definitely helping me stay in control.</description>
