Now I feel great in the pool, hanging with my daughter, instead of focusing on my flabby tush!

After I popped out baby # 2 I was above and beyond eager to get my body back to its pre- prego shape. Like I said, I was very limited on my time, juggling the two kids schedules. I was however determined. I started slowly and built my strength back up. Once I had really developed my program, and was able to commit to the work out I really started to notice my body changing in a weekly basis. I was not only losing weight, but my abs, arms and tush were starting to transform and tighten! I do want to be clear with you… the workout is just part of it, people! I really changed my eating habits as well.

Vanness Ruanne-I first learned about Carolyn’s exercises when editing her DVD. As a filmmaker, I bounce between standing on set or sitting in a chair editing for long hours. I have always made time to stretch throughout the day but by adding strengthening exercises I have noticed a big difference in my energy levels. The Rag Drag and the time presses are a great help when editing and the leg lifts, pilé and toe lifts are easy to do while I’m standing and waiting on set.

Jennifer Perry (mother of 2): I HATE exercise! (I would rather have a route canal!) After I repeatedly told this to Carolyn, she still would hound me to try it. So I did just to shut her up. I have to say, Carolyn’s program is incredible! I can’t stand doing most of the stuff that makes me sweat, (but that’s who I am.) The stuff that I could tolerate ( Like her tome presses, ) completely transformed my arms! and It was easy enough for someone like me to commit to. Carina Stewart -Carolyn cracks me up! I have to tell you, when she first introduced me to this program I was a little confused. But then she taught me how to clean  my floors with the “Rag Drag” and I could feel my entire body was really getting a work out. my stomach, thighs and butt, were so sore the next day! If you really want a work out, you have to do this “rag -drag”! -Carina Stewart- (mother of 3)

Debbie Block (nutritionist and mother of two) Carolyn is “Insane”! But I love her! and YES this program totally works! I have totally noticed a difference in my thighs, butt arms and abs. The “rag drag” is intense! I also love that can do it when ,my kids are home instead of  blocking off a separate time to get in my work out. Julie Wittner-Carolyn has always been slightly off, (just kidding), so this program of hers didn’t surprise me. What did surprise me is that it works! When I do the “Rag drag” I really feel my entire core, and thighs burn. I used to take Cardio Barre, this great work out class, and this really reminds me of that. But I get to do my laundry while I do it. very cool! Julie Wittner
