I used to overdrink. I had no clue I was doing this till a doctor lectured me that 8 glasses of wine, (5 oz.) a WEEK, was considered heavy drinking and high risk for breast cancer, heart disease, and a bunch of other scary shit which at the time, I chose to ignore because there was NO WAY I was giving up my wine!!

I never thought I was a big drinker, I was simply pouring a glass of wine while cooking dinner and refilling it a tiny bit before sitting down to eat. It wasn’t until I was in the hospital having a blood transfusion, (from bleeding ulcers) that I realized, maybe I need to examine this wine drinking, a little bit closer, these ulcers weren’t just from Advil. I knew there had to be an answer, and I found it.

I have found that solution. Alcohol has no power over me and I cut back and quit drinking effortlessly when I figured it out. If you want to cut back or quit, let’s set up a call. If you agree with what I teach, we can pour ourselves a beautiful glass of wine and still feel amazing in the morning.
