How it works

Valuing yourself enough to invest in a one-to-one coaching relationship is one of the best gifts you can give yourself.

Although your life may be super busy while juggling multiple plates in the air, I don’t believe in “quick fixes”.  I believe in long-lasting change, and that doesn’t happen overnight. I can, however, tailor and customize a plan that is DOABLE and maintainable for you and your lifestyle.

Sometimes women don’t know what to do to change, but more often it’s that we’re stuck in a rut and don’t know how to get out of it.

95% of our behavior occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands.

That’s why we struggle to make changes that last. Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.

The Mindful Weight loss program is designed to support you step by step through the journey with the right system, support, and accountability so you get the transformation you’ve been longing for.

I used to overdrink. I had no clue I was doing this till a doctor lectured me that 8 glasses of wine, (5 oz.) a week, was considered heavy drinking and high risk for breast cancer, heart disease, and a bunch of other scary shit which at the time, I chose to ignore because there was NO WAY I was giving up my wine!!

 I never thought I was a big drinker, I was simply pouring a glass of wine while cooking dinner and refilling it a tiny bit before sitting down to eat. It wasn’t until I was in the hospital having a blood transfusion, (from bleeding ulcers) that I realized, maybe I need to examine this wine drinking, a little bit closer, these ulcers weren’t just from Advil. I knew there had to be an answer, and I found it.

I have found that solution.

Alcohol has no power over me and I cut back and quit drinking effortlessly when I figured out how to;
